Returns

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your skincare products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return Process

Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Product Eligibility

For a product to be eligible for return, it must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Any products that are damaged or used may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund or Exchange

You can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another product of equal value. Refunds are processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the returned items.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for reasons other than our error (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.
